Anticipating declines in capital for some corporates based on first-quarter 2009 (or restatements of year-end statements), NCUA says corporate credit unions can use capital levels reported Nov. 30, 2008, to meet regulatory capital requirements. The Office of Corporate Credit Unions is authorized to modify this case by case.
